1. Ordering
1.1. By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply.
2.2. Payment must be made in full before the shipment of goods.
2.3. Prices are inclusive of taxes, where applicable.
3. Shipping
3.1. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen during checkout.
3.2. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
3.3. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

4.3. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
5. Product Warranty
5.1. Our products are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care.
5.2. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the defect and, if covered under warranty, provide a replacement or repair.
